5 lbs of chicken (Season chicken with garlic salt, season salt, basil, parsley, 1 tlbs of curry powder)
2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
1 cup of onions chopped
1 cup of celery chopped
1 cup of baby Carrots
1 large potato cut into small squares
2 tablespoons of curry powder
16 oz of water
1. Heat pot at medium and add oil.
2. Add the onions and celery. Cook until translucent.
3. Add the chicken cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, curry powder, and the water. Turn temp to medium. Cover and cook for about 40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
