Serves 2
Ingredients:
- Bottle of champagne
- 1 oz. of gin
- ½ oz. of lemon juice (fresh)
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- Optional: lemon twist
Directions:
- Mix the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a tin with a large piece of ice.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne glass and top off with champagne.
- Optional: Garnish with a lemon twist!
Serve chilled.
