Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 20 oz. of crushed pineapple
- ½ cup of light brown sugar
- ½ tbsp. of vanilla essence
- ½ tbsp. of cinnamon
- *Be sure to get the ingredients for the dough from my Coconut Tart recipe.
Directions:
- Put the pineapple, light brown sugar, vanilla essence and cinnamon in a sauce pan and cook on medium for 1 hour then let it cool.
- Add the pineapple mixture to the tart that you created from the dough from the Coconut Tart recipe (Mother’s Day episode).
